Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Skysailings allows you to book directly with your supplier on the Skysailings website. In addition, Skysailings makes the booking process easy by making sure you can book from the top consolidators around the world.

Refunds

Because your plans may change, Skysailings requests you to check all the refund policies before making a booking with any of the suppliers.

Cancellation request can be made directly to the supplier.

Please contact Skysailings as soon as possible if you have trouble cancelling a confirmed booking so that we can process your request.

Booking cancellations

If you are unable to cancel the booking yourself, you must notify Skysailings. You should notify Skysailings as soon as possible in order to make sure you are eligible for a refund. Refunds are only available as per the cancellation policy of the airlines, hotel or other service provider.

Your booking is not considered cancelled until the supplier confirms your cancellation. The time of cancellation is considered to be the time supplier confirms your cancellation request.

Fees and refunds on booking cancellations or changes

Skysailings doesn’t charge any booking or cancellation fees from the user.

Booking changes

In order to make a change, you must notify your supplier as soon as possible for any changes to your booking details.

Your booking details are not considered to be changed until your supplier confirms the change. The time of the change is considered to be the time that the supplier confirms the change.

It is recommended that you call your supplier to make any changes immediately as you need them.

 

Disputes

If you have some trouble with your service, your first action should be to immediately contact your supplier. Your booking is managed directly by your supplier and the sole party who can resolve any dispute is your supplier.

In the instance of a dispute, the supplier has the final say for a refund. Skysailings is not able to offer any refund as you will be paying directly to the supplier on their website at the time of booking. If another resolution is sought by either the passenger or the transport supplier, then that party should contact the other party directly.

Liability

Despite your supplier’s best intentions, your best intentions, and the capabilities of the Skysailings website, your travel plans may go awry. Please note Skysailings is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of a booking via Skysailings.
